For Students & Early-Career Professionals
1. Login Verifications
All professionals are required to create an account or log in before completing any form. To ensure accurate verification, we will only accept forms submitted under the same name and email address used during the sign-up process.

2. Data Usage and Privacy
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that the data entered will be stored securely by Dinkar Soft Private Limited. Specific details may be shared with partner companies for the purpose of project assignments, in line with applicable privacy laws.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All projects, ideas, or deliverables created by students during the course of assigned tasks will automatically transfer the creation rights to Dinkar Soft Private Limited. This transfer is intended to prevent unauthorized use, replication, or distribution of the created work.
4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Students are required to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information received from Dinkar Soft Private Limited during the project. Any breach of confidentiality may result in disqualification from further projects and possible legal action.
5. Code of Conduct
Students must adhere to professional ethics, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards in their assigned projects. Plagiarism or any form of unethical behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of the project and/or other disciplinary actions.
6. Company Liability
Dinkar Soft Private Limited is not responsible for any disputes arising between students and partner companies outside the scope of assigned projects. The company will act as a facilitator and will ensure fair treatment to all participants.
7. Rewards and Compensation
Any compensation, rewards, or benefits for completed projects will be decided by Dinkar Soft Private Limited.
8. Voluntary Participation
Filling out the form and participating in projects is entirely voluntary. Students may not choose to opt out of projects at any time, as this may affect future eligibility.
9 Amendments to Terms
Dinkar Soft Private Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to all participants.
10. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By submitting this form, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
For Companies​​

1. Data Responsibility
Companies partnering with Dinkar Soft Private Limited acknowledge that any student data shared with them will be used solely for the purpose of project assignments. Misuse or unauthorized sharing of data will lead to immediate termination of the partnership and potential legal action.
2. Project Ownership
Companies agree that while students will contribute to project development, the ownership of all deliverables will reside with Dinkar Soft Private Limited, until the deliverables are given back to the company on payment.

3. Timelines and Delivery
While Dinkar Soft Private Limited will facilitate the assignment and monitoring of projects, the company does not guarantee adherence to timelines or quality by students. Partner companies are advised to provide adequate deliverables and feedback to ensure project success.
4. Liability Limitations
Dinkar Soft Private Limited is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by students during the course of project work.
5. Professional Conduct
Partner companies are expected to maintain professional conduct while interacting with students. Any unprofessional behavior, harassment, or discrimination will result in immediate cessation of the partnership.
